Wendy Parmet

Wendy Parmet Biography
Wendy Parmet is a Public Health Advocacy Institute (PHAI) board member and Northeastern University law professor. She co-authored a 2003 article with PHAI chairman Anthony Robbins and PHAI director Richard Daynard in which they praised "public health professionals who know that overweight and eating habits are not principally a matter of individual choice." She has co-authored articles with Robbins urging lawyers to take up public health causes, and she co-authored analyses of public health litigation with Daynard, who made his reputation and more than a million dollars from suing tobacco companies.
