Biography
Richard Moore is the felon sidekick to “whistleblower” Michael Donovan. The two have shared at least 10 addresses, though, perhaps surprisingly, not the same prison cell. Moore has faced more than $9,500 in civil judgments as Donovan’s co-defendant since 1998.
Moore has been charged with at least six felonies since 2000, and been convicted of a mix of misdemeanors and felonies. He has served jail time for theft-related offenses and had other jail sentences suspended, even as he has been ordered to pay more than $7,500 in restitution for passing bad checks.
