| Details | To work with a broad range of collaborators including the American Farm Bureau to demonstrate and promote an assessment tool that Great Lakes farmers can use to determine their progress in reducing the amount of fertilizers and pesticides applied on their farms. The proposed "yardstick" is a voluntary measure and will be used in conjunction with technical assistance groups, such as cooperative extension services, which can help the farmers both develop the reduction strategies and apply the assessment. |
