The Warsh-Mott Legacy & the C.S. Fund, although legally separate, operate out of the same offices. Both were endowed by Maryann Mott and Herman Warsh, the daughter & son-in-law of Charles Stewart Mott (who sat on the board of General Motors for 60 years.
