“The letters are submitted to the newspapers in the U.S. through a computerized faxing program. We send a letter to each local paper on behalf of the individual farm rep who resides in that area. The FARM rep gives us advanced permission to use his/her name and address, and sign the letter on his/her behalf. Each time we fax letters to the editors, we simultaneously email a copy to you, so you can anticipate receiving a call from your editor confirming that your [sic] wrote/sent the letter. Please watch for the letter in the paper and notify us if you hear from an editor.”
